The Absolute Realty team works with builders, buyers and sellers in a number of amazing Chatham County neighborhoods. In an effort to give you some more information from some of our favorites we have compiled breakdowns and videos to give you a better feel for each! This blog post will be focusing on Chatham Park, Riverstone Estates and Sequoia Creek.
Chatham Park
Sitting near Jordan Lake, Pittsboro is one of the Triangle’s most up-and-coming communities. This former tobacco and textile town is the future home of Chatham Park, a 7,000+ acre mixed-use development that will bring nightlife, dining, professional services, and more to the community.
As part of its live-work-play concept, Chatham Park will also feature residential areas, including custom built single family homes. Several neighborhoods are currently under construction and presale opportunities abound! All neighborhoods will emphasize walkability to Chatham Park and downtown Pittsboro, and feature amenities like hiking trails, athletic fields, and more. Chatham Park is going to get very big in the coming years, so get in on the ground floor!
Riverstone Estates
The NC countryside is one of the loveliest areas in the South. In the Triangle it’s especially appealing due to the area’s rapid growth, which brings as much opportunity and excitement as it does noise and crowding. Riverstone Estates – located just outside Pittsboro – is perfect for homebuyers focused on privacy, peace, and large lots.
Bordered on both sides by designated NC State Park land, the 33 homesites of Riverstone Estates offer unparalleled privacy and seclusion. But you aren’t truly isolated: the neighborhood is minutes from shopping, dining, and the massive new Chatham Park development. Outdoor opportunities also abound at nearby Jordan Lake.
Sequoia Creek
Few places in the Triangle have grown quite like Cary has. Once a sleepy little bedroom town for Downtown Raleigh and the RTP, Cary’s surge in business growth and thriving downtown have made it a desirable community all its own. Sitting right on the town’s edge in Chatham County, Sequoia Creek is an enclave of 20 single-family homes with limited sites remaining.
The custom-designed homes have a variety of floorplans, including three-story options, three-car garages, single-story plans and more. Each home contains elegant finishes such as vaulted ceilings and granite countertops, and all are close to both Cary and the outdoor recreational areas at Jordan Lake. If you want to live in one of the most desirable communities in the Triangle, Sequoia Creek is a great way in!
