The Absolute Realty team works with builders, buyers and sellers in a number of amazing Chatham County neighborhoods. In an effort to give you some more information from some of our favorites we have compiled breakdowns and videos to give you a better feel for each! This blog post will be focusing on Gallant Reserve, Ryan’s Crossing and Bonterra.
Gallant Reserve
It may seem impossible to have a secluded, private lot within 10 minutes of downtown Chapel Hill, but the Gallant Reserve brings that dream to life. This enclave of five homes – all with Chapel Hill addresses – is the vision of Bold Construction, a renowned Triangle homebuilder known for upscale, modern designs.
The neighborhood’s ample foliage allows for unparalleled privacy and beautiful views all around each home. Neighbors have the opportunity to interact in the neighborhood’s small, private park. Two of the five lots have already sold, so prospective buyers should jump on it!
Ryan’s Crossing
Much of North Carolina’s most vivid history is preserved in its small towns, places where settlers and tobacco farmers tamed the land and built their legacies. Ryan’s Crossing, located in Pittsboro, is the area’s first “conservation” community, meaning that 46 of its 114 acres will never be developed. This dedication to nature and history – plus small details like the original Ryan family cabin fireplace – make it a distinctive community in booming Chatham county.
That’s not to say the neighborhood lacks modern amenities. Residents will enjoy an outdoor yoga pavilion, hiking trails, and a community fire pit and shelter, all within a short drive of both Chapel Hill and Pittsboro.
Bonterra
The Triangle has a lot to offer, which is part of the reason it’s growing so fast! But for prospective homebuyers, limited land and soaring prices in the main cities can be a big obstacle – not to mention traffic and noise. While the Triangle’s suburbs and outlying communities are all lovely, some are just too far from everything that makes the Triangle great!
Bonterra is a new, under construction neighborhood that gives you the best of both worlds! Featuring 22 large, wooded homesites near Chapel Hill, Bonterra gives you the beauty and serenity of rural NC with the proximity to all of the Triangle’s excitement. Your beautiful custom home in Bonterra is only 15 minutes from Chapel Hill and US-501, which leads to downtown Durham.
