Each sommelier will choose wines they believe best complement each course, and their selections will not be disclosed to anyone until the night of the dinner. In fact, the wines will not be disclosed to anyone until the end of the meal! Then, at the end of the evening, you will vote which sommelier’s picks paired best with the meal. Who will be crowned the Circle City winner? You’ll decide!
