Raleigh St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Wearin’ ‘O the Green Festival

Annual kick off parade followed by an festival featuring food, drink and cultural festivities of the Irish and Celtic cultures. Live music, arts, crafts and more!
The parade has been a Raleigh feature since 1983, and features authentic Irish cultural elements such as bag pipers as well as entries from local schools, non-profits, sports teams and more.
The Wearin’ O’ the Green festival is comprised of vendors and exhibitors that showcase Irish American elements as well as local craftsman, artisans, amazing food and more. To top off this amazing array is live music and traditional dancing at the south end of Fayetteville Street. There will also be activities for the kids with a Leprechaun bouncy house and kiddie rides as well as face painting and more. Come out and celebrate the Irish in style!
A fundraiser for the event will be held March 4th– from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at O’Malley’s Pub 5228 Hollyridge Dr, Raleigh, NC. Come see performances by Ewes Tree, Rince Go Halainn Irish Dance Academy and support the festival!
