Pepper-Pairing Farm To Fork Dinner Kickoff Event
Piedmont Biofarm and Fair Game Beverage Company are hosting a kick off event for the PepperFest. Indulge in a farm to fork dinner at The Plant: 220 Lorax Lane, Pittsboro. This five course meal comes with locally made spirits and wines. Purchase your ticket here, there are limited seats so sign up sooner rather than later! The event is taking place on Saturday, September 26th from 6-9pm.
What The PepperFest Has To Offer
From the food to the beverages, there are countless surprising concoctions to be tasted with the star ingredient being peppers. Sample the wide variety of peppers and how they can be incorporated in sweet and savory dishes as well as alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks! This family friendly event supports sustainable agriculture and local farmers, chefs, brewers and artisans. Take part in workshops for both adults and children. Don’t forget your picnic blanket and chairs to enjoy your treats and listen to the music.
