Get ready to party with some foodie fun at The Tacos N Taps Festival. This is an all you can taste event featuring beer, tequila and some of the Coast’s Best Tacos and Mexican Food. Also included is great live music, margaritas, piñata punching, contests and many other surprises. This is a festival focused on the great food and beverage of Mexico albeit American style!
With your ticket purchase you will receive a souvenir glass for an ALL YOU CARE TO TASTE experience with over 80+ craft beers, mezcals, and tequilas. Cider and wine are also available if that is more your style.
Ever wondered what the difference between mezcal and tequila is? Here is a brief description: tequila is a specific type of mezcal that must be made from the blue agave plant in the Mexican state of Jalisco. Tequila is made in an above ground oven through a roasting process of the agave heads. While similar Mezcal is the smoky unique parent of tequila. It can be made from various agave vareties from around Mexico and is typically roasted or grilled in underground cone-shaped pits. The Mexican government oversees the grading and designation of Mezcal into types and ages- it is distinctly different from tequila in flavor. Mezcal also traditionally comes with “the worm” which is an insect that occupies the agave plant- it has little purpose other than to entertain Americans and tequila never includes a worm. VIP Taco & Beer Tasting Session will host over 15 restaurant tasting stations (until 2pm) featuring the best Taco Trucks, Taquerieas, and Mexican restaurants in the area. These tickets are limited, they will sell out and are all inclusive (VIP Tasting session food tastings included until 2p, beer tasting session food is ala carte.)
All You Can Taste – Fresh Nacho Chips and Our Specialty Salsas (Served Noon – 4pm)
Dueling Margarita Bars (VIP Guests included, Beer Tasting guests ala carte.)
Mariachi Bands and Live Music

BEER TASTING SESSION. $39 Valid 2pm – 5pm. Your admission includes a souvenir glass and boundless portions of over 80 craft beers, tequilas, mezcals, and wines, and all live entertainment. All food and margaritas are ala carte.
